Mark Campbell is Managing Director at Higgidy. Mark shares the management of the company with Camilla and her husband James.
Higgidy pies are individually shaped and hand-finished. This “kitchen cupboard” philosophy has gained the company a loyal and growing community of customers, who sign up to hear the latest news from the kitchen.
After studying architecture at University, Mark spent five years managing the operations of humanitarian relief charities. In 2007 he returned to the UK to join his friend, James, and his wife, Camilla, in establishing Higgidy. Based in Shoreham, the company turns over about £24m a year and employs over 250 people.
As Managing Director and Co-owner, Mark has overseen many different aspects of the business, from managing the growth of the brand, to leading its commercial direction.
